Please allow up to 21 days after the conclusion of the event for your COA to be registered. If it has been more than 21 days since the COA was issued, please contact the celebrity’s management company who witnessed the signature and request the registration be completed.
If your search results do not show after more than 30 days and you are not able to contact the management company directly, submit the serial number in our contact form and we will look into it for you.
Genuine COA is not liable for the celebrity management company’s failure to register the COA.
